Calculation coverage: Reference only. Not incorporated into the historical calculation engine.

The June update retains Phase 1 filing requirements and limits the pathway to unliquidated entries and entries within 80 days of liquidation.
Entries with the reconciliation entry already on file are outside this deployment. A reconciliation flag alone does not determine the result.

IEEPA

CBP establishes a declaration and validation workflow for IEEPA duty refunds.

Calculation coverage: Reference only. Not incorporated into the historical calculation engine.

The April instructions specify a CSV of entry numbers only, up to 9,999 per declaration, submitted by the importer of record or the filing broker.
ACE performs file and entry validations. A TariffLab estimate is neither an accepted declaration nor an approved refund.
CBP directs filers not to initiate an IEEPA refund by Post-Summary Correction. Consult the bulletin and subsequent updates for procedural requirements.
